a. You can return the scarf after checking the items with the same courier. Delivery fees for return are the responsibility of customers
2. Full Refund for Damaged Items
a. If the items are damaged during our fabrication process, you are entitled to a full exchange for your items.
3. Exchange Policy
a. Exchanges can be made within 2-4 days of receiving the item.
b. Delivery fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
